The work includes: ■ Surveys in 3 EU countries: the volunteers will be recruited by a market research company (subcontractor). Survey results will be fully anonymous ■ Interviews and Focus Groups in 2 EU countries: the volunteers will be recruited by a market research company (subcontractor). Only these anonymous versions will be transmitted for translation and used for the analyses. Contact details from interviewees will be removed from our databases as soon as the videos will be transcribed and checked by us. ■ Pilot studies will include: o Customers of pilot companies (e-learning): IPCENTER.AT o Users of pilot companies (e-heatlh): BBHRI o Students recruited through INFOCONS and sub-contracting universities: subcontracting universities will comply with national and European laws for these experiments. All the users will be informed and will sign the consent form. ■ Post-pilots Surveys: only anonymous answers from the surveys will be analysed along with the details of the experience of the participant (which pilot, which scenario, which SOTERIA A/B version + decisions made e.g. choice to use the SOTERIA tool in scenario 1). Part of those details could be given through an ID attributed to the participants,

The information sheet will be administered and the patient will be able to ask all the questions they consider, with the researcher making all the necessary clarifications. Once the study is understood, if the patient agrees he/she will sign the informed consent and this will be kept and guarded by the study promoter.
